1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how iQon collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information when you access or use the iQon online learning platform.
1.2 iQon is operated by Liquid Learning Group Pty Ltd ABN 78 108 415 354 trading as iQon (“iQon”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Liquid Learning Group Pty Ltd is the legal entity responsible for operating iQon.
1.3 This Privacy Policy applies to iQon, including all websites, mobile or desktop applications, video streaming, audio, written content, PDFs, links, community features, account features and related services.
1.4 This Privacy Policy should be read together with the iQon Terms of Service and any applicable order form, proposal, invoice, group registration or organisational purchase terms. Where your iQon access is provided as part of another Liquid Learning Group Pty Ltd product, such as a Platinum Pass, the relevant Liquid Learning terms may also apply.
1.5 We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2.1 Personal information means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.

2.5 Where payment is required, payment information may be collected and processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers unless expressly stated and handled through approved secure payment processes.

5.1 Where iQon access is purchased or arranged by an organisation, we may collect, use and disclose personal information to administer that access.
5.2 This may include sharing relevant information with the purchasing or administering organisation, such as:
whether nominated users have activated access,
user access status,
course progress or completion data,
engagement or usage reporting,
access allocation information,
support or administration information reasonably required to manage the subscription.
5.3 If your employer or organisation provides you with iQon access, that organisation may receive information about your access and usage as part of administering the subscription or assessing participation.
5.4 Organisations are responsible for ensuring that personal information they provide to us about their staff or nominated users is accurate and provided lawfully.
6.1 When you use iQon, we may collect usage and learning activity data, including:
content viewed,
modules started or completed,
viewing duration,
course progress,
completion status,
login activity,
platform interactions,
search, browsing or navigation behaviour within iQon.
6.2 We use this information to provide the Service, support users, report to organisational customers where applicable, improve learning content, maintain platform integrity and understand how iQon is being used.
7.1 We may use your personal information to send information about iQon, platform updates, learning products, professional development programs and related services offered by iQon or Liquid Learning Group Pty Ltd.
7.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
7.3 Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send essential service communications, including account, billing, access, security, legal, support or platform update notices.
